Preventive Maintenance
GFTest provides annual and monthly preventive maintenance services. It has a team of engineers and technical experts with high capabilities in advanced maintenance equipment in this field, fully prepared to meet all customer requests in various regions of the Kingdom. This includes conducting scheduled periodic visits (monthly and annual) to all sites and laboratory headquarters to maintain all devices and equipment, preparing maintenance reports, scheduling spare parts replacement, and inspection schedules, providing necessary warranties, and everything required according to our approved preventive maintenance programs. This significantly contributes to the safety and sustainability of the operation of these devices and equipment.
Emergency Maintenance
GFTest provides emergency maintenance services, having a team of engineers and technical experts specialized in this field. A dedicated central workshop has been established in Riyadh, equipped with the latest advanced maintenance technologies for accurate detection, analysis, and troubleshooting. The specialized team raises necessary reports for the client, including costs and repair duration. Recently, GFTest has introduced on-site service, allowing clients outside Riyadh to request maintenance visits at their work locations without the need to transport equipment or devices to the central workshop in Riyadh.
